If you want to save agent's fees, advertise your property here and deal direct with people who want to buy.  Agents charge up to 5% for selling your home.  On a property worth 100,000 Euros you can save 5,000 Euros!
In this market private sellers have a big advantage over those selling via an agent.  You can market your property for so much less and reach more prospective purchasers via the internet than via a picture in a local agent's window.

Some websites charge a setup fee for listing your property - The Greek House doesn't.  When you have other fees to consider you could be paying up to 10% of what your property is worth in fees alone which is why it makes sense to sell direct.
