The Villa sleeps eight people but can accept an extra small child on a fold-away bed, 4 Bedrooms, 4 bath/shower rooms, air conditioning,  pool, washing machine, dishwasher, sunbeds, parasols,  BBQ, TV, DVD, Beach towels, Bath Robes, Hairdryer, Travel Cot & Highchair.
This lovely four bedroom villa, (new in 2005), is located in the peaceful and beautiful, typically Greek Village of Sarlata on the unspoilt island of Kefalonia. The Villa has its own pool and is set amongst a backdrop of olive, lemon and orange trees with stunning views over the Ionian sea. There is a fully fitted kitchen and a lounge/dining area and the Villa is approximately 2 kilometers from Ammes Beach with some very good tavernas nearby. There is also a small local shop within 2-3 minutes walk.

Prices start from £575 per week for six people or less. The price includes air conditioning, maid service and clean linen twice weekly. The villa is managed by a friendly Englishman who lives within the village.

Villa Eleni

Villa Eleni stands at the summit of the picturesque hillside village of Mesovouni, about eight kilometers from the fishing village and harbour of Fiscardo, where there are several restaurants and shops.  There is a small general store 150m from the villa and a well-stocked supermarket about 800m away.  There is a petrol station, post office, medical centre and simple taverna.  The famous port of Assos is 10 kilometers  away and Argostoli is about a 45 minute drive.

Villa Eleni is a reconstructed and modernised traditional Kefalonian family house, set in a large pine-grove with a pergola-covered courtyard, and large terrace commanding panoramic views of the adjacent islands of Lefkas, Ithaka and the sea.

The house has recently been completely rewired and replumbed.  There is accommodation for up to six people with divan accommodation for up to two more in the large living room which occupies the entire ground floor. There are two showers, two lavatories, a refrigerator, and a simple but well equipped kitchen.
