Villa Chrissie Marie was rebuilt in April 2000 and in 2009 a stunning pool-spa-area was added.
The building style of this house is totally unique in the whole of the Messara plain. The indoor living area is 120m2 and the property comprises 350m2 on the edge of Pitsidia, in idyllic surroundings, but still within easy reach of the village.

Roses, decorative shrubs and vines welcome you as you approach the house.  On the upper level is the open-plan kitchen and living area with Cretan bench, dining table, open fireplace and Italian designer kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee machine, juicer, electric mixer - the gas oven and hob are made by SMEG and the fridge has a large freezer compartment.

From the sleeping area you can reach the partly-roofed terrace, offering breathtaking views across the Messara plain. There are also fantastic views of the Ida mountain chain. The bathroom is particularly beautiful with a Minoan bath tub and can also be accessed from the sleeping area.

Stairs lead down from the kitchen and living area into the lower level of the house where there is a further bedroom with en-suite toilet and wash basin. The bedroom houses a bunk bed (child safety equipment available) and a double bed.  The former wine cellar has been converted into a further bedroom with a double bed and a bed for infants.
The ancient wine-cellar was rebuilt in an other bedroom with double-beds and a bed for children. The "patatirio" became a new bathroom with toilet, washing-machine and shower. By the extension of the roof terrace there is an additional beautiful small place.

Up to 6 people can comfortably live in the house. Washing machine, a stereo system (for CDs/ MCs/ radio) and a vacuum cleaner are also available. A travel cot for children is also at your disposal, free of charge. The house has well-planted surroundings and the garden terrace features two beautiful Cretan benches.  You can also enjoy cooking on the large barbeque. The house has many wardrobes, cabinets and various storage areas and parking in front of the house.

Pitsidia, southern Crete
O‘ Ilios
O’ilios is Greek for ‘the sun’. Villa O’Ilios was built in traditional Cretan and Athenian style on the outskirts of Pitsidia and was finished in February 2004.

Accommodates up to 5 people, & boasts 108m2 of floor space. The living room has a fireplace & a sofabed and it leads to the fully equipped kitchen & a terrace with pergola and a small herb garden.


A hallway leads to the bathroom with natural stone bath, and a washing machine. 

The lower bedroom contains a single and a double bed, a wardrobe and has its own entrance.  Stairs lead from the living room to the upper level, consisting of a second bedroom with ensuite bathroom as well as two terraces.  The second bedroom is bright and has a double bed, a wardrobe and an air conditioning unit.

The house has parking  for one car, two additional terraces and a garden, sun loungers, wooden tables and chairs, a Cretan bench and parasols.

Villa Pachakis
Villa Pachakis was built in 2006 as a completely detached house with a beautiful garden, in a quiet but central part of Pitsidia near the church.  With 90m2 of living area and 400m2 of garden and lawn, the house offers comfortable space for up to 4 people. The house consists of three levels and it has been built of natural stone in traditional Cretan style.


You reach the entrance through a beautiful stone arch.


There is a bright and open kitchen with a large dining table featuring hand painted tiles under the glass, an oven and hob, cooker hood and a large fridge-freezer.  The kitchen opens up to the living room with stone hearth, satellite TV and stereo system. A guest toilet and washing machine can be found on the ground floor. 






The stairs lead to the first bedroom with double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe. Another five steps lead to the second bedroom with wardrobe, double bed, bedside tables and a large mirror.  On this level there is a shower room, toilet and wash basin as well as the exit to the terrace with a beautiful view of Pitsidia and the surrounding countryside.  All rooms have air conditioning systems and mosquito screens.



Mr Pachakis, the builder and owner of Villa Pachakis, is an artist who collects luxury articles, high-quality furniture and beautiful pictures which he has painted himself. Examples of his art can be seen throughout the house.

The Villa Agapi (75sqm) is available for 2-3 people, it consists of two levels and it has been built in traditional Cretan style.
